A nice intimate shot, Hamed. I like the inclusion of the shadow. I also like how these small blades of grasses dance in the wind in sand and make patterns there.

I too love the symmetry in this between the leaves of grass and their late afternoon shadows.

But I also see a creature in the sand, perhaps a fish but definitely something aquatic, maybe from the time the desert was an ocean. It is there on the upper horizontal rule-of-thirds position towards the left. It reminds me of a moray eel, actually, although I don't know if they eat grass. Maybe they would if that was all there was to eat.

But an American poet, in commenting on the after effects of war, said something like, "I am the grass; I cover all. What place is this? What time is this? Where are we now in this moment? I am the grass; Let me work.

And yet I'm wondering if, in the end, it will not be the sand that wins.

Hamed ..Looking at the thumbnail I felt it was a ships anchor lying in the sand. Guess you got the shadow of the grass perfectly right. Beautifully done

Nice symmetry. Green against the orange works for my eye.

Between the plant and it's shadow, it sure does create a strong sense of movement and I like the brightness of the backlit grass. This is very nice as presented, but it also gets me wondering what it would look like if you got in all of the shadow in the frame. Aren't you worried about the plants taking over the your desert?
