Eva ...thats the kind of image I like. Like the quarter diagonal here..and the clouds ..beautiful color contrast. Would have also tried the 2:3..

Kinda would like more of those great clouds and a bit less water but an interesting image nonetheless. The colours are great.
(Intrigued as to how you got to October and back though!! )

Very nice indeed Eva, and the large view really brings it to life. Excellent comp, color and light.

This is excellent all the way around, Eva. The subdued lighting along with the grad allowed the V-50 to really work well here. I like it all; comp, lighting, cloud cover, water, and slice of land.

I'm fascinated by the dynamic diagonal of the foreground and how much energy it adds to the picture. The clouds are also really nice. Overall it sure give the feeling of the sea and sky going on forever.

Eva,

I really like the graphic nature of this and the contrast between the triangle of the land and the almost high-key, monochromatic look of the ocean and cloudy sky.

The only small nit I have is a bit of a carry over from your last post. I say that because the shadow areas seem to lean towards the red; even the midtones, although I realize it's autumn foliage. Not a huge deal, more of an observation.

This is a really wonderful photograph, Eva. The composition is simple yet it has a strange kind of power that really draws me in. I am finding it hard to take my eyes away from it.
