Cliff, this is soooo nice! I love the framing and comp and mood. My only nit is the star effect, it doesn't look natural to me but the rest of it is beautiful!

Nicely done. I agree with Chris, I don't much care for the star effect. It is a distraction and doesn't fit with the rest of the image. If you haven't already, you might want to take a look at Edward Steichen's "The Pond Moonlight"
