As I was walking down the street one day, a man came up to me and asked me what the time was on my watch, and I said; ‘Does anybody really know what time it is? I don’t. Does anybody really care about time? If so, I can’t imagine why: We’ve all got time enough to cry. I don’t care about time.’ – Robert Lamm: The Chicago Transit Authority, 1969
Well, Robert Lamm, I KNOW what time it is: It’s just after 5:41 pm CDT; almost 24 hours since I posted the last WC picture. We are limited to one image per forum in 24 yours. I fell asleep and lost 11 minutes between the first two. Not this time, baby!
So when it comes to this forum, Robert, I DO care what time it is, and I DON’T care if you can’t imagine why. You’re not even on NPN, as far as I know. In fact, I don’t know why I’m even talking to you!
By the way, Robert, whatever happened to your group? I used to love your albums when I was living in Philadelphia. Now you’re probably touring with the Doobie Brothers or something….

Now, if I had a nickle for ever time I hear that comment going through the public schools, I'd be a rich man. Not that I'm not rich by some standards.
You missed an essential element of a mandala, that being a circle. Now, with that bit of information added to your research, you can perhaps see more as to why this is a mandala for modern man. Or perhaps not.
Now, finally, the time I spent talking about Robert Lamm and Chicago (where I live) really all had to do with explaining the image as I had labeled it.
All of that aside, Carolyn Derstein, you're the only person who responded, as you often are to images I post here. And I just want you to know that I appreciate the effort. More than that, I want to also tell you how much I appreciate the artistry you exemplify on NPN in general and in this forum in particular.
Take care
