From GMNP, essentially the same image as a previous post (Little River Abstract 3), but rotated 90 degrees for a bit more abstact interpretation.

Very moody image, Bill. Rotating this certainly has created a different feel to this scene. I love the title and comp.

Bill, what a great twist, no pun intended, looks very nice with the rotation. A wonderful thing about the abstracts, in many cases the viewing perspective can survive varying viewing angles and not look totally wrong, such as we've seen here.

Very nice abstract Bill. I thought it was a waterfall until I read your description. The title is very fitting.

I too thought it was a waterfall! Looks like some long wavey hair. Nice!

Beautiful shot, open to many interpretation which I really like. Maybe heavy on the cyan, but I guess it adds to the abstract nature. Perfect shutter speed for me.

This is a nice abstract with great flow to the composition (bad pun, I know!!). I like the moody blues here as well.

As an abstract I really like this vertical interpretation. Great idea!

Very creative, Bill! I love the flow to this one, like blue strands of long hair in the wind.

Bill,
I too love this one! Wonderful flow and texture to the water, the ss perfect! Great idea with the abstract presentation. If anything, I might be inclined to crop even more off the right to give us less of an idea that this is a rotated flowing river image. But regardless, this is awesome.
