Lake Michigan WC#581
by John Clulow
Both from and of a body of water; Lake Michigan; in a boat named the SS Badger during its last trip of 2009, from Ludinton, MI, to Manitowoc, WI, on September 27. This ferry bisects Lake Michigan almost exactly, making the three hour trip a huge time saver, for those traveling from Ludington to Manitowoc or vice versa.
No ducks or porpoises that day; just a wake on the lake.

3 commentsWhat marvelous serendipity, Carolyn Derstein, that we find ourselves here in the NPN Weekly Challenge forum together; you the moderator and I a participating photographer. And how yet even more inexplicably coincidental that you were once a kindergarten teacher, and I once a kindergarten student: What are the odds?
And the ultimate irony of it all is that had I not failed to fully graduate from kindergarten and leave it all behind me, I would likely not be taking pictures at all, let alone posting them on the WC, these days.
