I like this a lot Catherine. You have handled the colors very well which evokes a feeling of rich, softness that is nice. and the Z of color is priceless. Very nice. Chet

 WOW, the large "Z" is an interesting find here, Catherine. Maybe the sign of Zorro from the distant past.

The all around colors and textures are very well captured. Your composition is definitely unique in presenting this colorful zig-zag letter.
Your recent posts from this area are sure inviting to us photogs. Some excellent views you've uncovered from the area.
Not normally my way of thinking, but I could see some tighter crops here making this a bit more focused on the "Z" too. However, I certainly like this one as it's presented also.

A beautiful study in lines, textures and colors, Catherine. I could also see this working with a tighter focus making for an intimate abstract. Keep them coming.

Beautiful earth tones and textures Catherine. I also was thinking about a tighter crop to make it more abstract but you would probably loose the "Z".

I love the colors and the textures. Interesting view and I think you came up with a pleasent composition. Interesting lines in your comp. I agree with a tighter crop to make even a more abstract image
