Sunset on Lake Titicaca

This is the second of my Peruvian landscapes. A sunset taken from a boat on Lake Titicaca, coming back to Puno Peru.

Nikon D7000, Nikon 18-105@ 40mm.
1/30th, f/29 ISO 250. Manual, Handheld

Seems a little over sharpened to me. Theres a distinct halo on the silhouetted hills. That said, this is a beautiful scene with lots of drama in the sky and some wonderful texture in the water.

This is a beautiful shot with lots of nice light at the horizon and in the clouds. The water has just enough sparkle to make it interesting.

Thank you both! I will tone down the sharpening a bit to see if the halo goes away.

Wonderful sky with pretty good dramatics going on with the clouds, nicely renditioned color. I would echo the sharpening comment, but it's not off my much. I did want to mention though that there are a fair number of dust bunnies you might want to check and clone before your next post (keep folks like me from commenting on them...)
