Rogue River Rush

This is where the Rogue River forces its way through the area called the Natural Bridge near Prospect, Oregon. The upper Rogue River puts on its two most spectacular performances in the popular Union Creek resort area: a disappearing act where the river vanishes underground and a daredevil act where it squeezes through a rock chasm.

Directions: From Prospect: Travel north on Highway 62 to the trailhead on the left.

The blooms on the tree are most likely full now since this was hot 10 days ago.
C&C will be appreciated.

Rick,

A unique and fascinating view point that works beautifully! Not too many situations or locations where one can get a straight down view like this. The tree is a nice added bonus element; too bad about the blossoms, but the spring leaves work just fine for me.

A couple hotspots in the water in the UR quad, but their distraction is pretty minimal for me. What is actually more a distraction for me is the vertical trunk on the left. Yeah, it's where the branch is coming from, but I think I either need to see more room on the left, or have it cropped out. I think the branch and leaves are strong enough to stand on their own without the trunk. but that's just me. A little cyan in the water up top, but other wise, this is a terrific view and capture, I like it.
