I like this a lot. It has a great soft, understated color palette and an almost abstract look to it. The tree trunks nicely hold the comp together. Very well done.

Peter, I like this too!... and for the same reasons as Harley. Nice work on this. I love the feel and very much enjoy looking at this wooded scene.

Peter,
Wonderful! Right up my alley of course, I love this. I like that there is also a mix of the two different trees adding some visual variety to the patterns. I've got no nits or suggestions. Wish I was there to capture one like this!

Lovely spring greens, Peter. This does portray the transition of the seasons very nicely and the details are just fantastic in the large version.

I ditto what's already been said Peter. The first thing that came to mind is the wonderful abstract quality you captured in this scene. Nice work!

Love all of the subtle green shades in the leaves and how the soft light keeps the trunks from going black. I'm amazed at how abstract this is. I also think this would be great as the wallpaper for a room.

You found a great, solid comp among the forest. Nice job!

Like a woven tapestry, Peter. Exquisite use of line set against a glorious springtime pallet of color. Gorgeous.

Lovely tapestry of color and texture, Peter. I've always loved the colors of spring leaves like this, and am amazed that I don't see more pictures of it. In some ways it's more beautiful than fall color IMO!
