For such a popular spot in the area I used to live in, this place never seemed to get photographed.
I got some epic light from a fog bank in the background that acted like a giant softbox strobe.
Thanks for looking!

John, Where is this popular/unpopular location? Does Oz await at the end of the road within the fog bank? Initially, I was not sure about the lack of sharpness, but as I studied the image, I like the almost painted look; especially the lighting and subdued colors.

This really does conjure memories of the 'Yellow Brick Road' with it's story book feel. I think I'd be less bothered by the OOF area if it was in the background. Still a great capture.

Great light! The winding path fading into the golden background is beautiful. I might like to see the point of focus a little closer to the foreground for this scene, but it's a great image as is.

Great spot and shot! I think you could probably nail this even more, but I can't put my finger on exactly what I'm imagining. Hopefully we'll get to see another shot or two from here.
