Govind - Good to see some one from Milwaukee posting !!.
Very nice take on the Dandelion seed head there !!. All this needs is a bit more space on left and right. May be check the White Balance too ? See some greenish-cyan cast to the picture.

Thanks for the feedback, Ram. The color balance may have been my monitor which is still not calibrated. Here's an version with a different WB and some more space around the blossom. Let me know if this looks better to you.

Govind - The cast is still there. I reworked it for you - but its best done in RAW processing.

Appreciate it, Ram. I am seeing differences in the image as posted here and on my screen. Looks like I have some work to do to figure it out.

Govind:
A great subject with such intricate structure. Your repost with more space looks better and the WB version by Ram is just perfect.

The dandelions do have quite a nice seed head, don't they? I like the dof you used on this one and the way the stems of the seeds picked up the light. I do see the color cast.

Thanks for your comments. I do see the color cast, especially after Ram posted with the right WB. It appears I have used the wrong color space in my RAW processing.
Thanks for editing the title, Bill. Forgot to do it when I added the repost. I have long admired the quality of posts from all of you on this forum. Hope to participate here more often.

This makes me want to go out when the light is right and visit the dandelions. Thanks for the inspiration!
