hi all,
this was in kalapana, big island, Hawaii. I took it last April when I was going to shoot the lava. I don't have experience with the ocean and the waves seems not that high. after I took this picture the waves covered me with the camera and I lost my camera but I was able to get the pictures.

0.6 sex, F8, 50iso, canon 17-40, canon 5DII

your C&C is highly appreciated.

I like this image, especially the larger image which reveals more detail in the foreground. Nice black and white tones. Good job! Chet

Very nice moody image. It works quite well. Bummer about losing your camera. This one needs to be viewed large. Nice detail.

Dark and moody. Love the presentation here. My favorite part is the water atop the black rocks and the repeating textures of waves and clouds.

Very moody image and I really enjoy the wet dark rocks and the motion in the water. Very nice B&W processing. Well done.
