Looks pretty darn "vertical" to me, Charlie. Excellent view of this critter. I don't think the lighting could have been any better with regard to color presentation overall. Very nice work as always.

That's an astonishing capture, Charlie. I don't know about Long-tailed, but you don't see Short-tailed/Ermine very often and I've seen them vertical exactly once. A terrific shot.

This IMHO is a fine photo of the weasel. I have only seen 3 in the wild. Colors are great, good pose, which lends itself to the challenge. Thanks for sharing.

Nice catch Charlie. I bet this was your only shot, and you got great detail and colors here. He certainly fits the theme.

Well, this is sure a tall, skinny critter! Works perfectly for a vertical pano shot. Great capture of this weasel in a straight-up pose and I like the look on his face too. Good details on the weasel with a nicely blurred background. Comp is good too with him facing into the frame.

Cute little weasel, really like the pano comp here Charlie, perfect.
Great that you were able to catch em' this way, and just in time for this WC as well

Neat. Great catch. I have been dodging these guys on the local roads all summer. Ours are not as colorful as this fellow. They really are cute and funny little animals, but they can wipe out a hen house.

What a perfect subject for a vertical pano. The colors are great with that touch of green and how well the weasel matches the dried grasses.

That weasel is so tall that it looks like you stretched the photo! Nice capture and perfect for the challenge, Charlie.
