Incredible blues in the Brúará river at Bruarfoss, Iceland, July 2013.
This is the first image I'm posting in the Landscape Forum from our recent 2 week trip to Iceland...there will be several more. Iceland was absolutely amazing and is a landscape photography paradise.
Even though it was pouring rain and completely overcast on the day we visited this waterfall, the blue tones were as vibrant as ever. Of the hundreds of fosses (waterfalls) we saw in Iceland, this one was definitely my favorite.

very well done.
Chris - I shot this scene in both landscape and portrait formats, but I preferred the portrait version. The landscape version just included too much black rock for my taste. I do have a landscape image that is a telephoto of the upper falls that you might like. Thanks for your feedback.
Your composition is great and the water action you captured in the FG is enthralling. I don't think I would change a thing. Looking forward to more from you in Iceland.
Unfcuking believable. First Iceland shot I've seen that actually moves me to visit.
This is a awesome capture! A unique image compared to all the "same" photos coming out of this landscape photographers Mecca. At least you were able to pull some contrast out of those clouds.
