Shot this actually last year just at the beginning of Spring very early in the morning on a foggy day. Just got to process it in some meaningful way.

Please see LARGE VERSION.

ND300s, AFS60mm F/2.8 Micronikkor, F/10, 1/80 Sec, ISO200 and Tripod. Used Silver Efex Pro for converting into B&W.

Thanks a lot for your comments on White Daisy and let me know what you think of this one.

The tree has great form and the comp makes good use of the form, bg trees, and hill contour. The fog and b&w conversion are evocative and artistic.

Beautiful tree and beautiful capture, Ram! I like the comp where you have given the tree more room on the right. Makes it all balanced.

Very nicely done!

Very, very nice Ram. I like the minimalist view that the fog helps to facilitate. The commanding presence of the tree works very well. Looks like one that needs to be framed for sure!

Just exquisite, Ram ! The tonality is breathtaking - a first class image if ever I saw one.

Terrific b&w view. The tree has a great shape and the soft complement of the three shrubs behind a neat addition.

I haven't been here for a while, but, Ram.....your photos are just "singing" to me! The mood and comp on this one are wonderful

I could look at this shot for quite a while. :jump: I, also, think the framing is perfect for this shot.

:Lovely composition, Ram. I like the bg trees poking over the hill-they help carry the arch of that right branch nicely.
