Taken about three weeks at Fellows Riverside Gardens with D600, 150 Sigma macro, and tripod at f16, 1/30, and iso 640. Single image; full frame. Sorry, but I can't recall the name of the shrub. Comments, questions and suggestions welcome.

Wonderful, fun shot, the patterns of spots on the bug echoed in the flowers. Great colors and comp, too.

Scott - Very pretty. I love how that small Ladybug spices up the frame and provides a solid pivot and contrast.

Neat shot, Scott, makes me smile. There's a nice overall warmth and your dof/focus choices make clear that the ladybug is the star in this image.

Delightful image. The flower stalks coming up from a common point and spreading out really makes this interesting. And the lady beetle is really sharp.

Love this one, Scott. The vivid ladybug pops out nicely from the soft green and interesting patterns and lines. Beautiful composition! I shot some wasps on this plant last Labor Day Weekend. I will post them later. I think it is fennel.

Scott, truly artistic in color & composition. The positions of the ladybug, the buds and the stems just perfect.

Scott: What a great shot! Ditto what the others said and if I'm right there may even be a little self portrait reflected in the wing. Many kudos. >=))>
