Topi on the run

Taken 09/21/12 at Singita Grumeti Reserve in northern Tanzania during a trip of a lifetime with my wife and 6 great friends.
Canon 7D
EF500mm f/4L IS USM
F5.6 1/2500s
ISO 400
During an afternoon game drive, we came across a group of Topi quietly grazing. Something spooked them and they were instantly on the run. We never did see what startled them. I got this nice looking Topi in mid stride. Thanks for looking.

Great sharp image, Mark. I like the way all four legs are off the ground, and the separation between all the legs. The lighting is superb, too.

Can only reiterate all the positives Ajit has covered. Wonderful colors though I suspect this would look equally impressive in black and white with such a strong pose and sharp details!!! :toast:
