Very compelling image Karsten. I like the great detail in the foreground and in the smoke clouds just to the left of the person. It must have been an amazing experience right there at the rim.

Wow, this really shares the experience with the viewer. Great work holding that exquisite detail in the foreground while using the Sun to add life to the volcanic clouds.
