Taken from the back of a boat, returning from a visit to Spirit Island on Maligne Lake in the Canadian Rockies. The swale from the boat is the "hand of man".
Canon 60D. 27mm at f/18 for 1/60 sec. ISO 250. Handheld.

A majestic view and I love the windswept clouds. It seems a little overexposed on the upper half but still a very nice shot.

Really like the depth of this image, the detail in the mountains. Also, how the wake of the boat helps to lead your eye to the mountains. Thanks for sharing.

Very pretty. A neutral gradient applied to the sky and mountains would be helpful.

I really like the way you've used the wake of the boat in your composition Carolyn - it's very effective as a leading line. Amazingly sharp given your techs and a moving boat too!

Nice use of the boat wake as a leading line in a lovely scene. The starkness of the mountains shows up well. There's a decided blue cast to the right 2/3rd that's natural, but distracting. It might be worth adjusting your color balance to see if you can reduce the blue on the right without losing the nice whites on the left.
