Sea Growth

Wandering in the fog by the ocean and found this scene and liked all the textures and colors. Waited for the sunrise to tint the fog a bit. These seaweeds can get extremely bright so a fair bit of desaturation done to this.

Beautiful Bill. The larger version is a must see. I love the combination of the greens and browns on the rocks.

Nice mood and the clarity of the seaweed and rocks is excellent. Nice color, too. Well done.

Those greens are awesome, Bill, and the distant rock is perfectly placed. Well seen and presented.

Very nice comp and processing Bill. I think you did pretty well with the greens. I might be tempted to cut a bit off the top if anything at all, but it's super nice as it is.

Bill, the larger version is a must see for excellent details. I love the contrasting colors brought out so well by the subdued light here. Very nice indeed...... :toast:

I'd vote for Navin's crop idea, but otherwise love the mix of lines and colors.

A captivating image Bill. The larger version really grabs me. Great light for the subject and the fog adds a great mood.

like the mood created by the fog here... I would leave the comp as is without a crop so that a bit more sky better counterbalances the very present fg
