Glen Etive

This is my second upload from Glen Etive, taken shortly after my last upload. The sun broke through the dark sky further down the glen and lit the lower slopes of the mountain behind.

All feedback is welcome and thanks for looking.

Gary.

Those two guys on the left stand out nicely Gary. The hazy background paints a nice mood.

I enjoy this view of the stream Gary. I think the hazy background works well in providing a contrast in the foreground, and A beautiful image to enjoy.

I must have just missed you last week. Some nice work you've come back with from Glen Etive, the two trees serving as a good anchor. My preference is for the other version you posted earlier with the stronger colours and interesting textures. I wonder if going a stop darker in this one might help the somewhat washed out colours a bit.

Nice scene, the misty colors in the bg are great and the line of trees on the right lead me right to them.

Another beautiful scene Gary. Nice soft tones and colors and the mist in the back round looks great. Nice comp also. Very nice job on this.

I'm really liking the mood in this one, Gary. The two evergreens on the left are outstanding as is that misty pastel BG. Great image.
