Inspired by Nancy's lovely frost images I took this slightly frosty image of some fallen cherry leaves on the sole morning we've had any frost at all so far ! As found.

Ian, the colors are nice, deep, and natural. The white frost on each leaf and grass blade edge lends a pleasant contrast to the scene.

Thank you, Ian. I don't think I've ever been an inspiration before (: I love the rich colors and delicate frosting in this scene. A beautiful combination. I also like the crisp detail throughout. Excellent composition.

This appeals to me much more than a prior fall leaf post. I think the whispy linres of the grass, colors, enlarged view of leaf details, and accent by frost ....all work wonderfully together. Well done!

The curling grass blades makes a great contrasting bg for the warm colors of the golden grown leaves. Well scene and captured, Ian.

Ian - Certainly more appealing than the previous photo. I like how the frost highlights the veins so nicely and the leaves with deep coloration providing some nice contrast !

Ian: Well seen and captured. I like the narrow crop. My only suggestion would be to rotate the camera so that the leaves go across the frame in a slight diagonal and to get the point of the main leaf on the left into the ULC. >=))>

Beautiful, Ian. Nice colors and the frost on the leaves and grass makes it very unique. The bunch of leaves you have chosen make a nice comp. Well done!
