Hi Balan,
This image brings out the true beauty in what most people would consider a pest. The perch, which may be a flower petal, works well. I'm torn about removing the dark area on the right side or not. The main subject might be too tight in the frame if it were cropped out more than half way.

Lovely Bluetail Fly! I would give thought to a 1:1 crop or a 4:5, cropping from the right.

Very nice, Balan. I like the colors -- the blue-green fly sitting on the pink petal. The colors work well, particularly with the shallow dof. Nice light on the subject as well.

Cool shot of this blue Blow Fly, the shallow DOF works very nicely here Balan.
Well done

Beautiful metallic blue, Balan. The soft pink petal is dreamy. Nice capture.

Nice one, Balan. The color and dof are perfect. I agree with some of the other comments about a tighter crop without the dark area. Well done.

What a neat look at a disliked insect. You've got it positioned well in the frame and the sharpness is right on the fly and nowhere else. I also really like the metallic sheen on it's back and sides.

That shallow dof really works well! I like the composition as is - to me the right hand side has to be there for balance and it doesn't bother me that it happens to be dark

Wonderful shot of a disagreeable creature. Esp like the sharp high def metallic against the soft pink bgd.
