Dogwood and one or two nyssa leaves shot as they had fallen. I liked the undersides almost as much as the more colourful upper surfaces !

Canon 400D, 18-55mm lens @ 40mm, 1/30 sec @ f14, ISO 400, hh; over 50% crop, some glow added in Perfect Effects.

Ian - Nice assortment of leaves in different colors and shapes. I like your interpretation of the scene as well - autumn tears is an apt caption.

Excellent leaves detail photo with very well balanced colors, perfect light, very good clarity. I like to see the nice water drops. The well-chosen tight crop eliminates all unwanted distractions. Well done Ian. :toast:

I'm a sucker for bunches of leaves on the ground and this composition works beautifully. Esp like the subtle gradations of color.
