Ripples in the swash zone in Pensacola. I liked the abstract quality of this.
I framed this, because I had nowhere to sign it

I like this image, Lucy. The variety of color is wonderful and the sense of movement nicely presented. Well done! Chet

This works very well for me. I have to admit I don't usually find water abstracts all that interesting but this is certainly an exception.

Looks like sparkling jewels. As a fan of this kind of abstract, I could also see getting closer. Well seen.

I have a feeling only a really large view could do this justice. Even with the larger posted version, its hard to see the detail below the rippled color that is seen when walking these broken shell beaches. This makes me think its getting time for a winter beach camping trip.

Hi Bill, I'm sure you know the ins and outs of Gulf Breeze and probably P'cola Beach. I grew up in Pensacola and spent about 4 months out of the year living on Perdido Key, when I was in high school.
But, everything has changed since I went to work full time in 1979 in New Orleans, then Virginia, and now near Houston! The sugar bowl is gone...warlock country is now full of houses (don't know if you're old enough to remember them...I'm 58). Are the dwarf magnolias still on the bay side of Pensacola Beach on the way to Navarre?
But, would love to meet up with you next time I come. We're planning to come back for a week in May...don't let me forget!
