Marshall Point

This photo was taken at Marshall Point near Port Clyde on the coast of Maine. A Nikon D300 digital camera and a 70-200 mm lens was hand held on my knees to steady the camera. This photo is meaningful to me because
of the beauty of the ocean, the trees, and the rocks. Also it was a bright and sunny day in September. Photoshop CS6 was used for minimal cropping and increased brightness.

Exposure 1/2500 sec
f2.8
ISO 200

You captured a nice sharp scene. A couple of suggestions. The image needs a CCW rotation to get the lighthouse completely vertical. The biggest issue is the very strong blue color cast. I don't know if you shot this in raw and what while balance was used. It can be corrected largely with a white balance shift and some other minor adjustments.

Nice and very clear photo in excellent light. Superb details, but I'm not quite sure about the strong blue cast.
