I took this earlier this year one morning after I finished shooting the sunrise at Vermillion lakes, Banff. As I was packing up I noticed the half moon quickley setting; and, not having anything interesting in the location I was in which to frame a shot, I headed off down the bow valley parkway in hopes of finded something suitable. I settled on this location, jumped out and took a few shots hand held and then I heard the train whistle blowing and smiled.I hadn't even considered a shot with a train in it when I set out but knew the train would be the icing on the cake for this shot and capturing the Canada logo on the boxcar the cherry on top.

Nice photo. Good composition and a fine ad for vacationing in Canada! Good control of what I suspect was a wide dynamic range.
