I used to do B&W in the traditional darkroom about 20 years ago but never tried it on digital platform. So here's an attempt, so looking forward to your valuable input.
Thank you so much for your kind attention & views!

Cute little guy. I think the B&W works well here. My only minor nit is that I would like a better look at the babies' eyes.

Hi Jagdeep. Excellent choice for black and white, it's all about the subject, the textures and tones. I think that Jerry has hit the nail on the head..a little eye contact would really help, but I suspect these babies aren't too bold and may avoid giving eye contact.

Beautiful image, Jagdeep! The B&W works very well here. It emphasizes the skin textures. The little one is so cute and well guarded by the adults. I am so looking forward to our trip to India, end of March... :wavey:

I think you will enjoy using your B&W experience Jagdeep. I can appreciate your love of it and hope you will continue bringing your images for us to enjoy! I really like the textures this brings out in their skin. As said, the eyes would really give this image some impact, but realize nature isn't always perfect for us to capture. I personally would look for some detail in that shadow on the left if it is there, just my 2 cents. Beautiful image!

Nice tonal range and excellent detail. I like the tight crop. It provides enough context while concentrating us on the star of the show.
