Three-bear Bobsled

While we are in the middle of enjoying the Winter Olympics, I thought it would be fun to have some images related to winter sports. Got any? (The current Weekly Challenge is for images of people enjoying winter activities, but this one does no quite fit either there or in the Wildlife Gallery.)

I know, the longest bobsleds are supposed to have teams of four members, but they could not fit more than three in the biggest sled representing polar bears. Besides, who's going to argue with them?

Canon 5D3; Sigma 150 macro
1/6 sec. @ f/16; ISO 320
7-image stack for depth of field

Please check out the larger image!

This is another image in the shade that needed help from a small LED flashlight.

Perfect title for this, Wayne. They don't look like they are from Jamaica but they do look like they are having a good time. Well seen and captured, Wayne.

As always your imagination can only be matched by your skill. Well done, Wayne. I wish I had a photo for the weekly challenge but alas not much of a winter here. I'll keep digging.

Nicely scene and photographed, Wayne.
The patterns in the ice at the base are really cool.
Processed very well, the color is perfect.

Well seen and captured, Wayne, along with a fun back story! The larger version shows just enough detail in the ice below the sled to make me want to see even more. Your enhanced lighting sure looks good.

Very cool image, Wayne. The details really shine in the large version and I love the commentary. Great eye to spot this miniature landscape.

This HAS to be seen large to be fully appreciated, and I love your title! Absolutely beautiful Wayne. Consider I'm looking at this on an uncalibrated work monitor but I might consider boosting contrast if anyone else mentions it as well. Otherwise it's just my crappy monitor.
