Hey everyone!! We were looking through the archives and found this one that I never posted! The subject is a brown phase black bear cub in Waterton Lakes National Park. If I recall currently it was a rainy day, hence his wet fur. I hope to find many more bear cubs to photograph this spring and summer! I mean seriously, how can you not love that little face

High on the "cute" scale, Jenaya. I like the detail noting the eye and the claws. We take what we are given, but the moss hanging in front of the cub are quite distracting.

What an absolute cutie. It is too bad the Spanish moss covered twigs are a little in the way, but you did get a view with good eyes, profile and claws. I really like his expression.

I agree about the moss, but I get by it fairly easily because the facial area is largely clear. Definitely up there on the cute scale.
