From YNP this winter, a snow sculpture overhang at the edge of a creek. It impressed me so I took this photograph.
5DIII, EF 100-400 @260, ISO 200, f16, 1/400, tripod, cropped to pano. Some adjustments in PS6.

I kinda like this , Ralph. It has sort of a ying/yang vibe. If it were mine I think I would tone down the highlights upper right and increase the shadows bringing out the wonderful details in the drift.

Hi Ralph, I like it too. Really interesting shapes and textures in the drift and especially seen in the larger version. Makes me wish I could see it even larger. Gary's suggestion sounds good to me as well bring them out even more. A cool image and a good find!

Very interesting forms, and quite dynamic displaying a harsh landscape!

Beautiful forms in the snow. I like the pano format emphasizing the geometry. I could see cropping even a little more off the bottom but this works very well as is.

I like this. I keep expecting something to crawl out from under the overhang....... Neat shape, too. Nice one.

Very nice abstract. I like the way you treat the contrasts. Would be interested to see it in b & w.
