Love the dark appeal of this image. It makes it very moody.Processing looks spot on to me. I also love the hint of light and the glow on the fortification. Really a great image Kah Kit. I'm looking forward to visiting Bretagne/France this coming summer.

Stunning image. The fortress is impressive. The black&white is perfect.

Stunning image, love the dreamlike quality to it, the long exposure really enhances that. and the framing looks perfect. The dodging on the foreground rocks at first glance looks quite interesting in the small version and does serve to balance the image somewhat but seems a little overdone when I look at it in the larger. Regardless, great image and worthy of more attention IMO.

Very cool, Kah Kit. Makes a beautiful b/w presentation. Love the mysterious feel and the foreground light on the rocks. There seems to be a gradient on the left side the image and perhaps you could bring out a tad more detail there if it is available. Sweet as is though.

I like the subject, Kah Kit, but to me, this is just too dark. I think that if you can pull more detail on the left side that would help to accentuate the drama.

I like the mimicry between the light on the fort and the rocks/surf in the foreground. It's a neat scene and the larger version lets details in the darkness show up nicely, but I agree with Preston that seeing just a bit more detail on the left would be nice.

Thanks for the feedback. It seems that perhaps adding in that vignette wasn't such a good idea as it is the cause of that gradient on the left.
