I continue to be able to record the growth of the 3 female river otter pups at the Miller Park Zoo. The otter pups have their eyes open and are beginning to explore their den area. It will still be some time before they will go outside. The dim light in the den does require the use of flash. This is the largest of the 3 pups.

The light is perfect for bringing out the detail of the hairs and whiskers, John - very nice image all round !!
