Savannah Sparrow
by Dennis Plank
Taken this morning shortly after returning from our walk. I got caught in a bad position and had the line between the shed bg and the sky right at the bird's beak. I decided to try just expanding the brown of the shed to fill the bg-not sure if it works.
1Div, 500mm f4 ISL + 2.0TC, Jobu Gimbal on RRS legs, f8, 1/640, iso 500, -2/3 stop compensation, aperture priority. Cropped to 11.4MP from the original 16. Taken this morning at 7:08 am.
Your comments and criticisms are always appreciated.

6 commentsI like the early light/warm color, nice details across the bird.
The BG manipulation works well for this save too
Very sharp image. Nice bird.
