Hi all.

Our local Costco sold lots of nice gerbera daisies this year. We bought about 9 plants. It will be fun to see how they turn out this summer.

Any and all thoughts appreciated.

This is so damn good, I 'm having a hard time coming up with a critique. Nice. All around beautiful. Large image is great. I guess, looking real close, I'd like just a bit more DOF to see the details on the next layer of flower parts, the darker spot behind the curly tiny pistols? or stamens? Anyway, killer shot.

Nicely framed and a well chosen point of focus Nathan.
Beautiful pastel-like color, I like it! :toast:

Nathan - Nice pastel colors here and the right amount of stuff to hold interest. I am assuming we will see many variations of DOF and POF in the shots to come

Lovely composition, and I like your dof and focal plane, Nathan.

Love the idea of the focal plane running diagonally across the frame, Nathan. Excellent choice of dof and lovely, soft tonality !!

I might be the odd one that likes the fade of sharp to OOF in the center Nathan. Just visually interesting to me.

This is gorgeous Nathan. Perfect comp and a great dof decision. Don't think it gets any better. (smile)
