This little falls really benefits mightily from the increased flow in spring.

The shift looks perfect to me. Love the light and the mood in this as well as the water treatment. The large version in particular is gorgeous.

Beautiful shot Daniel. The water exposure looks great as does the comp. Nice colors and sharpness throughout. Very nice. I also like it with a slight crop off the top as my eyes go to that bright spot up there. Great job on this.

It also looks very nice with the foliage growing up around it.
Nice SS, the water has a touch of a green caste I think.

This is simply gorgeous, just the right shutter speed for my taste, and love the lush green on 3 sides of the falls. I also like the diagonal direction of the water. There could be a crop from the top, but it is really nice as is.

Daniel, this is beautifully composed and well timed with exquisite lighting. Better yet is the processing. Congrats.
I'm headed out there in week 2 of June and had this scene in the itinerary, you mention the benefit of early spring run off, am I going to be too late for some good water flow? Would you shoot this scene around the 18th?

No nits from me Daniel, this is a very well done Gorge waterfall scene. You handled the light very well, and your comp has a nice flow to it, as well as being well balanced. Good work!

Kane, don't worry, the Gorge is still in its prime water flow and green the second week in June.
