First Bathe Maybe?

Young Robin at the pool before the flood. I,ve got it more or less back in shape- just waiting for it to settle down.
This is the first youngster of any species I,ve had this year.. The parent was actually bathing about 12 inches to the right. Probably showing him how to do it !

Great pose, John. Doesn't even look like it has flight feathers yet. I love the head turn. Glad to hear that the pond is recovering.

Super cute, I have fond memories of having a similar experience with a juvenile yellow-warbler bathing in a small puddle

From the toe in the water, it looks like he is checking the temperature. Shows how intelligent he is. Quite a cute specimen, and everyone loves babies. Keep em coming.
