The view up the sandstone creates a very strong "sweeping pull" that I like a lot. The dark tree (shrub) add a good focal point. The sky feels unnaturally purple to me.

Chet, really like your perspective, along with the color lines and very nice detail. Beautifully seen and presented.

Chet, an excellent perspective from this vantage point. I especially like the sweeping angle of view to this scene. This is a wonderful find there around Blanding too.
The only change I might entertain is pulling a bit of the magenta out of the sky, it does seem to have a bit of purple going on there.....otherwise good to go....

Hi Chet, I agree with Paul on a bit of magenta in the sky, but other than that I like this a lot. The lines are really interesting in this and I like how they take me back through the scene. Very cool shot!

I love the curves and textures. I'm on the fence about the tree because it's quite dark and breaks up the curves. I can see the magenta in the sky, as well, but the clouds do add more interest to a nice image..

Great flow to this, Chet. Fix the purple and you got a good one.

Striking image Chet. I like the tree and your comp. The textures also create a lot of interest here for me. I like the image and on my Macbook I don't see too much purple in the sky.

Very nice flow to this Chet and nice tones and colors in the rocks. I agree about the sky color. Very nice.
