Found this guy in a not so convenient location in the middle of butterfly world. He would have finished many butterflies by now.
Wanted to capture the web track and both BF and Spider.

Camera Model Canon EOS 70D
Tv(Shutter Speed) 1/60
Av(Aperture Value) 5.6
ISO Speed 100
With extn tube.

The starkness shows off the spider and the web well. The sharpness of the spider and it's pray is very good. Given how much depth of field there is here, I'm wondering if this is a large crop?

Hi Swathiraj :wavey: Very good detail , and light on the web and spider,, . you must have steady hands to shot at 1/60 sec. especially with the limited DOF of the extn tube..

We're getting some great spider images lately. Another fine one here. The pov showing the clear view of the prey being wrapped up and the web at angle is great.

Hi Mark, Only 5% crop from the bottom left...I have covered more web while composing. Importantly, this is a vertical image made horizontal.

Hi All Thank you...Season started and more spiders expected...Waiting for more such images.
