Chacma Baboon

Here's another image from our Chobe, Botswana trip last year. This was taken from the ground level bunker hide. The elephants came in quite late this evening making photography of them difficult but we had some nice consolation prizes including this baboon. Cropped to vertical.

Nice pose, warm tones and a great background. Digging the low angle. Nice work, Nate.

Baboons just scare the bajeebas out of me. They just look evil. Great capture of this evil little dude. The low level puts this over the top.

Thanks everyone, Ken the bunker is at one of the lodges outside of town, we don't stay there and I can't remember the name.

Nicely isolated in the frame and a great POV Nate.
Like the head turn & tail-up pose, sharp! :toast: :toast:

The low angle works very well here, Nate. I sure do like all the detail in the fur and how the entire baboon is sharp.
