From some older files in 2007. Certainly a lazy man's take on this scene, but we were fortunate to have some atmosphere with the approaching storm. Five minutes later we were drenched. Slight tilt correction of full frame and cropped to 3:2 aspect.

Works for me, Bill. I like the sky and the color of the rocks looks good. You might consider a crop from the right to eliminate that taller bush along the lower right edge. I like the depth in this, too.

Having just been there Bill, this looks right on to me. Great sky for this place and the comp works well for me. No suggestions.

Nicely placed, it interacts well with the sky.

I like the subject, colors, drama in the sky and the textures. For some reason the rock formation looks a little centered to me and makes the image a bit static. I am not sure why I feel that way, maybe just personal preference. I tried looking at it with some off the bottom and it helped. Just my opinion.

Agreed! Nice atmosphere to catch this in. I like Preston's crop suggestion.
