During the dark years of Idi Amin Uganda's Wildlife suffered greatly in particularly Cheetah, There are very few left in Uganda, so it was a delight to see two different animals during our recent trip to Kidepo.
Even better was the news tat there was a female with three cubs, unfortunately we did not find them, but it is a big park and there are so few vehicles looking.(actually one)

Good one Ken! I like the pose you caught of the cheetah. Even though it does help to establish the local, I do find the OOF tree in the BG to be a distraction. Thanks for sharing.

Great look at this cheetah, Ken. The background OOF tree is a real downer, located where it is...and there was probably no way for you to compensate, either.

John and Lon,
Thanks for your comments, I do not really mind the tree. It is there because it was the only position we could get into which reduced the grass in front of the face.
