Though they may be considered a weed, I love the graceful movement of these Silver Feather plants in a gentle breeze. Camera gear used was a Nikon D5000 using a fixed 35mm lens, set to f/7, 1/200, and ISO 200.

I like the range of earthy colors and the environmental feel to the photo Emily. It looks like you are new to this gallery. Welcome! Make sure to comment on other people's photos also - that is a great way to learn!

Emily - Welcome to NPN and Flora Gallery.

Very colorful photo to open your account. I quite like it. Weeds sometimes can be pretty beautiful. Please note that you can post photos with 720 pixels along the longest side and link 1200 pixel < 500 Kb size as an option. If you need help let me know or read through the Instructions.

Look forward to seeing more of your photographic work.

Very colorful, Emily. I like the watercolor look, especially in the background.

Thank you very much for the help! I haven't quite figured out how to include a link to a larger photo size yet, so I may ask you for a bit more guidance soon.
