Pink Brachycome 1

Hi all.

I have finally found some time to shoot and process photos between my work, my wife's work, vacation, injuring my foot on vacation, and everything else that is going on.

These are some pink brachycomes (similar to the blue zephyrs) that have really come on well in one of my planters.

Their growing habit is very similar to the other swan river daisies - though they are a bit different to shoot since their stems are so much darker.

Any and all thoughts appreciated.

Nathan

Nathan - Hope you are feeling better and your injury is well healed.

Very pretty shot (even though the purples from the Zephyr Lilies do not even begin to compete with this shade of pink) with nice foreground cram. Selective focus on the front of those anthers also works well for me.

Lovely look, Nathan, with a fine sense of movement and focus on the sharp parts of the bloom. I like this as presented but wonder how a version with out the yellow center lrc would look.

Nathan: Most excellent choices with DOF/POF. I'm with Mark in wishing for the OOF center in the LRC to go away but this does work for me as is. >=))>
