Another image from my Redwood excursion in June.

I loved the color of the Smith River in this mid morning view. I caught this image just before the sun rose above the trees and rendered the light too harsh. C&C welcome...

Joe, love the emerald water color. I'll agree with your comment on the light, but it's hard to pass up this nice water scene. Not sure you used TK's masks here, but they maybe of help a bit on the light / dark contrasts.

Love the gradient in the water here, Joe. I know there are large trout lurking somewhere in this image. Really a study in greens, very nice.

Really nice color in the water Joseph and nice greens throughout. I wonder if a little more shadow detail would help to even out
the light a little. Very nice as is though.

This is beautiful Joe. I love the textural contrasts between the woods and the water and the variety of green hues. Also I like the variety of tones.

I prefer the repost but only marginally so.
