Very good, Brad. Looks like a palette of mostly browns - but what a range of hues and tones. Nice young bull. Looks like you pretty much nailed the exposure except for a few areas of black that show no detail. Perhaps you can pull something out of those, Reminds me a lot of my years in Maine.

Nicely taken! Good portrait of a moose. I agree your exposure is right on with detail in the antlers and the dark body. Not always easy to do. Thanks for sharing.

Brad,
Black is always a difficult colour in an animal, this has been done very well :toast: :toast:
Great pose and environment!

I think pose and detail are excellent. Given the quality of the partial reflection, this leaves me wishing for a little more space to include more of the water and surrounding and to keep the bull from feeling crowded. I really like the warm golden light.

Exposure looks fine to me and I like the drinking pose. I do wish there was a tad more room, but not sure if you have anymore to work with since you were shooting with a prime. Some more reflection and a bit more on the left would be nice if you have it.
