Mt. Adams after sunset

Taken about 45 minutes after the photo I posted the other day.
The clouds around the mountain had totally lifted leaving the background cirrus clouds.
They lit up perfectly just after sunset.

D800, iso100, 36mm (24-70 nikon lens), f20, ND filter w/30 second exposure to smooth out the water.

Beautiful, must see larger. I like those pastel colours all around the mountain and the soft mirror in the water. Bravo!

Interesting choice in how you framed this Dan. The more I view it the more it seems to work for me. I would probably have centered Mt
Adams if the triangles of clouds and reflections had balanced, however, I like the tension created by not having it centered. Well done.

Dan, I like very much and especially enjoy the quiet mood it has. The soft pastel colors look wonderful and worked so well in the reflection too. Very Nice!

Nicely done, Dan. I love the soft water and the clouds. There looks to be just a tad much cyan in the sky. Mt Adams looks good, too.
