Here's another Agave, converted to B&W. I really liked the light and the textures.

Thumbnail looks a bit average so I was pleasantly surprised when the image loaded. Love the patterns and contrasting textures.

Another strong agave image Preston. I like the comp and there's a nice amount of textural detail as well. Since the lower right corner is in shadow I might darken the other corners a bit to balance it out and create a vignette to keep the viewer's eye on the center of the image. One of my favorite subjects - I may have to try shooting these again.

Without the color it gives more thought toward the actual lines, textures and other aspects, Preston. I do still lean toward the color version for my own likes, but both are excellent.

Beautiful!! I might burn the edge of the agave edge lower left side, but really minor. Very fine image.
