This image was taken in 2009 about 1/4 mile from the house where I lived while growing up. It not only was taken in my hometown (Youngstown, Oh), close to where I grew up, but it is even closer (maybe two hundred yards) to a house my wife and I just bought and will be moving into in the spring after renovations are complete. Basically, I am moving back to the neighborhood where I grew up. This neighborhood (and our new home) borders Mill Creek Park, which is Ohio's first public park district (founded in 1891), and where I have taken probably 90% of the photos I have taken in my life. So, I am sort of posting this in honor of out new home. Bear Creek, Mill Creek Park, Youngstown. D700, 17-35 @ 20, f18, iso 200, 2 sec, cpl, tripod. Comments, questions, and suggestions welcome.
